How long will it take to process my order?

Every item is made especially for your order! So please allow up to 14 days (this does not include weekends) for all orders to be dispatched! 

When will I know if my order is dispatched?

You will receive an email notifying you that I have dispatched your order. 

Can I track my order?

UK ORDERS

All UK orders below £20 have a standard shipping option or a tracked shipping option. All UK orders above £20 will be sent with tracked shipping. If the standard shipping option is selected then I will not be able to track your parcel for you. If you have selected the tracked option then your tracking details will be attached to your dispatch notification email. You will also receive an email containing your tracking information directly from Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are sent fully tracked! All tracking information is including in your dispatch notification email.

How long will it take receive my order after I receive the dispatch email?

Due to the current global pandemic of Covid-19, postal services cross the world are experiencing large delays and are suffering with huge disruptions. I am currently asking all UK order to allow 10 working days to arrive and all international orders to allow 21 working days to arrive. However, I cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive in this time frame. Please contact me using the chat function at the bottom left corner of the page if you have any concerns with your parcel.

All orders sent to any destination in the EU from 01/07/2021 will incur import VAT (Custom Fees)! We are not liable for these fees. We do not cover the expense of any import VAT. Please consider this when placing an order if you are situated in the EU.
